Resort: Hawaii

Cooking is one of the rare activities I do for the most of life that constantly invites me to do more. Edible handwork, efficiency on its best. I joined Trapez, a group of designers and food lovers before I left Ljubljana. As it came out a lot of the members moved to London so we formed a dislocated team with Sasa, Nina, Ana, Miha and me.
Sasa got invited to exhibit in a gallery and she proposed we can use the opportunity to make a food project. We all hate winters in London and didn't have any break since September so we decided to create a 'Resort', a series of dining holiday trips to exotic places. A holiday for an evening. For the first one we left London to jump in the seas of Hawaii.
